Brush Before Or After Your Meals, Which is better?

It is not always advisable to brush our teeth right after every meal. Why?

Brushing at least two times a day is a must to avoid plaque from accumulating on our gums and to remove food debris on our teeth—both of which can cause tooth decay. But should you really brush your teeth right after every meal?

If you had fruits, soda, wine or any food that contain acid, you need to wait about an hour before you should brush your teeth. The acids in many foods soften the tooth enamel, making them vulnerable to damage from brushing. Rinsing your mouth with water won’t speed up the process. An hour after meal is enough time for the acids to clear away and the enamel to re-harden.

In addition, brushing your teeth excessively and brushing too long can also lead to gum disease and tooth decay as the enamel is brushed off. When the tooth enamel has worn away, there is no way to reverse the process.

According to Peter Heasman, a professor of periodontology at Newcastle University’s School of Dental Sciences, two minutes twice a day brushing with a pressure of 150 grams - equivalent to holding an orange - is correct practice.

How Long Should You Wash Your Hands at a Time

Many people just hear wash your hands, and the next thing they do is put their hands under the tap, open it and close it back in just about five seconds.
This is not a good way anyone should wash his hands. According a research findings, from health expert, it is a good practice to wash your hands with soap, and rinse it for 20 seconds. So after you have washed your hands with soap, make sure you don't withdraw your hands from the tap with you hands sill slimy. Leave your hands under the open tap for 20 seconds, at least while you continue to rob it.

Sanitary In The Toilet: How Well ?

How well do you observe sanitary in the toilet ? Do you care less about the use of public toilet ?
Okay, let's just say the one shown here is very clean, but that not true anyway. A very dirty one will scare you, in fact this first photo is a model for what public toilets should be like. I tell you some people have been permanently infected from the use of public toilet, it is not just a matter of been scared as I mention above, it is the effect from the use of public toilet I had like you reflect on. Alright, let's say it is possible that one would never use a public toilet, but it is not easy, it is near impossible.
Long ago, as I walked long distance on the street, visiting one place and another, I felt my bladder, heavy, and difficult to carry, after several attempt to hold, I finally entered a well reputable restaurant, I searched with my eyes trying to locate a sign, but found non. Then I quickly walked up to the waitress and asked for direction, which she did kindly. The single point that made me recall this experience, which I will hardly forget, is that after I used the toilet, someone immediately entered and washed it and that is how the public toilet is managed here. It made me feel satisfied that my health have not been much affected.

If it were something like this, I wouldn't have felt any safe.
People are normally advised to avoid the use of public toilets, but where this is not feasible, the best sanitary measure and practice are expected and needed.
Here are some key measures to take.
  • Try as much as you can to prevent the water from splashing on your body, this is often neglected, but it is extremely dangerous to have the water from a water closet (WC) system splash on you.
  • So how do you ensure this? It is import and better place some toilet tissue in the WC, before using it. This will help prevent the splash, except the quantity used is not sufficient.
  • Where you could not find and do not have toilet tissue, I advice you don't sit on the WC, like this.
  • No, don't sit this way. Place your legs on where you should have sat, and then squat. Yes I just said it, and normally this is not allowed, but this is not allowed base on the assuption that the toilet is given the neccessary sanitary measure. Where these sanitary practice is not available, I do not advise you infect yourself in the name of standards that the conditions under which it was made have been voilated. I have not said you should just jump on a WC, and shout "there is no toilet tissue" I have simply said you can voilate this instruction with "reasonable reasons."
  • You see, here they advice that you sit, and not squat. But with reasonable reasons, you can by-pass this instruction, and be legally free. Remember, you are only instructed and directed for your benefit and that of others. So where there is no benefit from the instructions, simply do what is best at the time.
  • Before I forget, please I beg your pardon, clean the toilet if you end it in a mess. I mean, if for any reason , during the cause of you thinking wise, you mess up the toilet, do clean it. Failure to do this is selfishness and it is very wrong. It would have been better you never used it. I love a Sanitary life.

Best Sanitary Towel or Pad

Have you ever wondered how you can identify the best sanitary towel or pad, even when you are seen the product for the very first time?

Take a look at this sanitary pads (image from: Flickr ) does it look like anything is wrong with it ?
It appears the producer, had taken time and care in the planned production of this sanitory pad, and that is just what is. Do you know why? I will tell you, that is what you are here for, to know why it is good or bad.
Think about this, does this inner view alone say why it is good, is the front view not an important determinant? You see all this thought are true, ... yes they are true, but just know that they are also false. You need to but you may not need to view both sides of a sanitary pad before you conclude that it is of a high quality, and that the probability its failure to serve its purpose is very low. What you need to determine the best sanitary pad depends on the condition of view. First, are you viewing this on a computer screen, like you are browsing, or have the picture in a magazine, just as a picture ? Second, are you both viewing one side of the sanitary pad, particalarly the inside view and as well feeling it in your hand, like you are in a retail shop ? You will agree with me now that conditions of view vary and so either way, just know what you are doing. You probably may have used or seen these sanitary pads before,
but the thought of whether or not they are the
best you can ever have or have had have not come to you. maybe you just want that which "JUST" serve you, not really concerned about the its sanitary. That's not good, not okay at all. The name sanitary pad is not abstract or far from what it should give.
Don't be penny

wise
pound foolish.
You wouldn't like to visit the clinic, because of a little rise that you could have offered for a better sanitary life. be careful.
